About the role

Were looking for an experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to play a key role in delivering clear, strategic communication across Sense. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week with 2-3 days from our Selly Oak office.

This is a highly collaborative and influential role, working closely with senior leaders, programme teams and the Head of Internal Communications to support major organisational initiatives and transformation programmes.

Youll lead on planning and delivering communications for key projects, ensuring colleagues across the organisation - particularly those in operational roles - are informed, engaged and supported through change.
