About the role
Were looking for aHR business partnerto play a pivotal role within our People Team, supporting theHead of HR business partneringto deliver high-impact, strategic people partnerships across Sense.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR business partner to deliver high-impact, practical employee relations support and HR business partnering across designated business areas. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, the role provides strategic and operational people support while offering day-to-day professional support to HRadvice team
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a proactive, high-quality HR business partnering service to leaders and managers within designated areas, advising on complex and high-risk people matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management teams, influencing decision-making to support organisational strategy,performanceand employee engagement.
- Work closely with leaders and managers to translate strategic priorities into clear workforce,peopleand capability plans.
- Identifycurrent and emerging people trends,risksand opportunities, developing pragmatic and innovative solutions.
About you
Youll be an experienced, people-focused HR professional who can confidently balance strategic influence with operational leadership.
Essential requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experiencein an HRbusinesspartner or HRmanager role within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability tooperateas a pragmatic advisor to leaders and managers, influencing at management level.
- Strong experience in employee relations and supporting organisational change.
- Experience of providing day-to-day supervision to HRadvisors or equivalent rolesin collaboration with the HR manager.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, with sound judgement and a pragmatic, risk-aware approach.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in the charity, not-for-profit, or social care sector.
- Experience of delivering people projects or acting as a subject matter expert in a specialist HR area.
