We are seeking an experienced Supplier Commodity Quality Manager (SCQM) to join our team and take ownership of supplier quality performance within our RF Coaxial cables and associated RF products portfolio.
In this high‑visibility role, you will act as the primary interface between our business and a network of qualified suppliers, building strong, collaborative relationships to ensure consistent delivery excellence. You will be responsible for driving on‑time, on‑cost and on‑quality delivery of RF Coaxial cables across a diverse range of programmes, supporting both UK‑based projects and major initiatives at European sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in critical programmes, influence supplier performance at a strategic level, and contribute directly to the success of advanced RF solutions within a dynamic, international environment.

Act as a key interface with internal customers to align requirements, schedules and priorities
Manage Purchase Orders and contracts, ensuring effective implementation and milestone delivery
Support qualification and development of new RF coaxial products for payload applications
Monitor supplier performance through regular reporting and system updates (SAP, NC‑CAPA, C‑SAAM)Drive supplier quality improvement, including NCR and OR managementIdentify, assess and mitigate risks to on‑time delivery, quality and programme schedules
