Picture thisAs our Interim Project SupportOfficer, you’ll be a key part of a small, multi‑functional team deliveringa strategically important programme of work. You’ll support the effectiveplanning, coordination and delivery of project activities, working closely withthe Project Manager, policy colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on role at the heart ofproject delivery.

You will:. Provide day‑to‑day project support, helping to keep plans, actions and milestones on track.. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes and follow up actions.. Maintain key project documentation, including plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports.

The role At the heart of this role is organisation,collaboration and attention to detail.

You’ll be someone who enjoys supportingdelivery, bringing structure to workstreams and ensuring that information isaccurate, timely and accessible.

You’ll be someone who feels comfortableworking with others to deliver the best possible outcome for the HTA. We’re asmall but supportive and effective team delivering an important project.

You’ll be encouraged to takeinitiatives, and at times, be required to deliver at pace.

You’ll work flexibly across theproject, contributing to a range of activities and responding to changingpriorities. By building strong working relationships, you’ll help maintaineffective communication between teams and stakeholders involved in the project.

Show us We will be looking for evidence of thefollowing skills, knowledge and experience in your application:

You will bring:. Experience of providing effective project or programme support within a public sector, regulatory or similar organisation (or equivalent experience).. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.. Experience of supporting meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
