About the Role
Genie Insights is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant with experience in a commercial environment to support and take ownership of key aspects of the day-to-day financial administration of the business.

Working closely with the company directors, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the finance function.

This is a varied and hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. As part of a small team, you will have real visibility of the business and the opportunity to contribute beyond a typical accounts administration role. This is a newly created role at Genie Insights and, as a rapidly growing company, offers opportunities for the role to grow and evolve.

The position offers genuine flexibility in working hours and a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance work around your life. We expect the role to be 20 hours per week, but this could be increased for the right candidate.
