Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Detailing: Develop high-quality technical design packages and construction details specifically for the retrofit and adaptive reuse of existing urban structures.
• Fabric First Solutions: Implement innovative "fabric first" strategies to improve the thermal performance and energy efficiency of complex legacy buildings.
• BIM Management: Lead the coordination of complex models in Revit, ensuring seamless integration between existing building surveys and new architectural interventions. xwzovoh

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in residential property portfolio
• Proficiency in working with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical background
