What you'll do
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits elections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for senior management
- Provide support in addressing employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Handle sensitive or confidential payroll matters with discretion and integrity
- Compile and analyse payroll data to generate insights for decision-making and financial planning
About you
- At least 2 years payroll experience
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Advanced Excel Skills
