HGV Level 3 Driving Instructor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Level 3 Driving Instructor to support delivery across the Grimsby and Immingham area.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Class 1 driver to move into, or continue within, a training and instructional role, working with adult learners (19+) at varying stages of their development.
The Role
- Deliver HGV driving instruction across multiple routes in the Grimsby and Immingham areas
- Support and guide learners through to test readiness (tests conducted in Grimsby)
- Work with a range of adult learners (19+)
- Take responsibility for an allocated vehicle, including its upkeep and daily checks
- Provide a high standard of practical training in line with industry and safety standards
Requirements
- Class 1 (Category C+E) licence held for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong industry experience in HGV driving
- Confident working with adult learners in a training environment
- Ability to start immediately (must be pre‑vetted / compliant)
Desirable
- Experience assessing MOD 4 (Driver CPC practical demonstration test)
