Our client is a scaling & multi-award winning business who are making it easier for their customers to improve their health and feel better.
They are now looking for a commercially focused Head of Digital Commerce to drive DTC engagement, revenue growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will enjoy a scale up environment, showcasing strategic leadership whilst also rolling up their sleeves!
The Role
- Lead ecommerce strategy, driving growth across DTC and Marketplaces
- Drive and develop the annual digital commerce strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Build a digital plan that encompasses business commercial goals, revenue performance and customer experience
- Play a critical role in influencing Amazon and TikTok sales performance
- Own performance marketing and SEO strategy for DTC
- Own DTC budget and spend allocation across various platforms
- Partner with colleagues in Customer Experience to grow engagement on and off site
- Ensure a best in class customer journey across all digital touchpoints
- Define, track, and report on digital KPIs across acquisition, retention, conversion, ROI, and profitability
- Use data to form actionable insights for future decision making
- Act as a connector with colleagues in Brand, NPD, Sales and Supply ensure digital initiatives are delivered efficiently.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objective and priorities
