We’re once again supporting a fast‑growing PropTech business as they enter a pivotal phase, transforming how data drives decisions across the entire organisation. They’re looking for a Head of Data Engineering to take the lead.

This isn’t just another leadership title. It’s an opportunity to design, build, and own a data platform from the ground up, shaping the company’s data strategy as it scales.

You’ll step into a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll:

• Architect and evolve a modern data platform
• Work closely with stakeholders to embed data into core business decisions
• Build scalable pipelines and infrastructure using a cutting‑edge stack
• Lay the foundations for a future data team (with hiring on the horizon)

You must be comfortable working across:

• SQL & Python for data processing and transformation
• DBT, Airflow, and Looker for modelling, orchestration, and visualisation
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred; GCP familiarity is a plus)
• Data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or similar
