Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Officer in our Operational Recruitment team to hire top talent for our stores across Great Britain. The role supports a hybrid working model for a balanced work/life synergy.
Salary: £35,200 - £44,000 per annum. Additional benefits include 30 days of holiday (pro-rated), a 10% in-store discount, pension scheme and enhanced family leave.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer.
- Post job ads across internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility where it matters.
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always prioritising candidate experience.
- Use active sourcing to build strong pipelines and respond quickly to hiring needs.
- Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external partners and contract creation for candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in retail is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Confidence using ATS systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving.
- Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently in a high-pressure environment.
