Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Role Overview

Pertemps is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our client based in Eastleigh. You will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse processes, managing performance and motivating the team. Our client offers either a Permanent or a temporary-to-permanent contract, based upon experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehouse team
• Set and communicate daily objectives and drive performance
• Hold 1‑1s and manage performance
• Ensure the team is compliant with Health & Safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse management experience is a must
• Good communication skills
• Experience in supporting the delivery of business improvement
