Experienced MSD365 HR functional/technical consultant with knowledge of the following HR modules/processes that require configuration/customisation in MSD365.

Designed and developed solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, implementing business automations using Power Platform and Power Automate, and working with clients to update, extend or migrate their current IT applications to fully leverage Dynamics 365 CRM.

Knowledge & Experience

  1. Detailed knowledge of the MSD365 HR product.
  2. Experience in configuring and customizing the MSD365 HR product.
  3. Experience engaging in client workshops to clarify configuration/customization requirements.
