We are looking for an MSD365 HR Functional Consultant for a renowned IT client in the United Kingdom. This is a contract role offering remote work opportunities.

Experienced MSD365 HR functional/technical consultant with knowledge of the following HR modules/processes that require configuration/customisation in MSD365.

Designed and developed solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, implementing business automations using Power Platform and Power Automate, and working with clients to update, extend or migrate their current IT applications to fully leverage Dynamics 365 CRM.

Knowledge & Experience

1. Detailed knowledge of the MSD365 HR product.
2. Experience in configuring and customizing the MSD365 HR product.
3. Experience engaging in client workshops to clarify configuration/customization requirements.

They bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, automating processes like onboarding, leave management, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Implementation & Configuration: Configuring D365 HR modules, including personnel management, benefits, compensation, and leave.
• Process Automation: Utilizing Power Automate and workflow tools to automate HR tasks.
• Data Migration & Testing: Managing data migration, functional testing, and system integration (e.g., Finance & Operations, Teams).
• System Administration: Providing ongoing support and optimization to improve workforce insights and employee self-service.
• Domain Expertise: Understanding HR best practices, global regulations, and compliant compensation planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Often requires 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Talent modules.

Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel.

Certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate certification is highly valued.
