Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with experience in Facilities Management or Construction? Do you travel around various sites in and around the Kent area? If you answered yes to all three, we may have an exciting career move for you.
Working across our portfolio of high‑profile clients, you will be the first point of call for all reactive maintenance needs. Our Planners and Dispatch team will allocate tasks, and you will work proactively to accomplish them within the set service level agreements, ensuring all work orders are opened and closed in real time. If technical or specialist help is required, you will flag the need. Representing Arcus, you must maintain a professional appearance and keep your company vehicle in good condition.
You will enjoy working autonomously in a pressurised environment and be able to prioritise a complex and demanding workload. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be customer‑service driven, and thrive in a people‑focused environment.
You will have experience in Facilities Management or Construction, with scope to progress from M&E Engineer to Senior Engineer, and ultimately Managing Engineer.
The role involves working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday, with up to one in four weeks on call. A UK driving licence is essential due to the field‑based nature of the role.
