Our client is a growing manufacturer operating from their new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Irvine. As part of their continued growth they are looking for a Field Sales Manager to manage and develop a well‑established portfolio of clients across Scotland and the North of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with customers.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to wider business goals.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reporting.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Timber industry or similar (off‑site construction or modular solutions background may be considered).
- Consultative sales style with strong customer focus.
- Commercially aware, strategic, and solutions driven.
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Scotland and the North of England.
