Salary: £35,809 to £41,593 per annum

Neighbourhood Response Officer – a customer‑focused role responsible for neighbourhood management of properties in the North region.
Responsibilities
- Assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign‑up appointments.
- Identify and investigate tenancy breaches and reports of anti‑social behaviour.
- Collaborate with other teams, external agencies and residents to keep Clarion Neighbourhoods clean and safe.
- Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers.
- Work with local resident groups to develop community facilities, activities and events.
- Ensure that the estates you manage are clean, tidy and free from health and safety risks by reporting fly‑tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance.
- Regularly travel across local regions to meet residents, as required by the business.
Requirements
- Ability to travel across regions as required.
- Hybrid role – must be able to work from the office in Birmingham and travel locally.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
