Job Description

Senior Operations Manager – EMEA | Monster Energy

Ready to build, scale, and optimise supply networks for one of the world’s most iconic brands?

We’re partnering with Monster Energy to find a Senior Operations Manager – EMEA to play a critical role in shaping and delivering supply chain capability across a high-growth, fast-moving region.

About Monster

Born in California and now a global powerhouse, Monster is one of the most recognised brands in the energy drinks category. With a presence in over 100 countries and a strong partnership with The Coca‑Cola Company, the business continues to scale at pace—driven by innovation, speed, and bold thinking.

The Role

This is a high-impact, strategic operations role focused on building supply capacity ahead of demand and ensuring the EMEA network is fit for future growth.

You’ll lead complex, multi-market projects from concept through to execution—balancing speed, cost, and long-term network performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Delivery (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Lead delivery of new capacity and capability projects across EMEA
  • Design efficient supply chain flows (physical + system)
  • Drive on-time, in-full execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Manage risks, issues, and change control across project lifecycles
  • Support new product launches with a focus on operational readiness

Leadership & Growth

  • Own and deliver projects that enable long-term regional growth
  • Contribute to the 3-year supply network strategy
  • Build strong business cases with clear recommendations
  • Act as the operational voice within your markets

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
  • Influence and align stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Play a key role in network design and optimisation conversations

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and service
  • Embed sustainable processes and ways of working
  • Drive a culture of proactive problem solving and improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑market supply chain or operations projects
  • Strong stakeholder management across internal and external networks
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth, ambiguous environments
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, speed, and long‑term strategy
  • A natural problem solver who can lead, influence, and execute

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to step into a visible, business‑critical role within a globally recognised brand where you’ll directly influence how the supply network evolves to support continued growth.

If you thrive in environments where pace is fast, expectations are high, and impact is real—this is one to explore.
