Your role and responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a registered Health or Social Care professional to join our Ipswich West Integrated Neighbourhood Team as an Integrated Neighbourhood Team Manager (INT Manager).

Based in the beautiful county of Suffolk, you will play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening integrated working across Health and Social Care. You will lead and manage the Integrated Neighbourhood Team and associated Connect services, helping to deliver coordinated, person-centred care within the local community.

This jointly accountable role reports to Senior Management within Adult Social Care (Ipswich and East Suffolk) and East Suffolk and North East Essex Foundation Trust (ESNEFT). The post is collocated at Constantine House, Ipswich and covers the West Ipswich locality.

As INT Manager, your main purpose will be to provide strong, visible leadership to the Integrated Neighbourhood Team. You will be responsible for clinical and care governance, including the setting and monitoring of standards and performance, responding to complaints, supporting staff wellbeing, supervision and development, and ensuring the effective implementation of policy and clinical guidelines.

You will also oversee the local implementation of health and care strategies, working closely with a wide range of partners including primary care, acute and specialist services, mental health services, housing, the voluntary and community sector, and care providers.
