Contracts Manager (Social Housing / Maintenance)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000. Benefits include: Great Training, Great Progression, Local Sites, Car Allowance, 25 Days Holiday, NEST Pension.

Location and Commute: Commutable from Poole, Bournemouth, Dorset, Weymouth, Blandford Forum, Christchurch, New Milton, Ringwood and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and residents throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting site teams, planning workloads and monitoring performance
• Managing on‑site activities to ensure quality, health & safety and timescales
• Leading junior Contracts Managers and other team members

Qualifications

• Contract Manager or similar role experience
• Knowledge of the social housing sector (or NHS and schools) and maintenance/refurbishment
• Full UK Driver’s licence

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, split between office and site based.
