Position Title: Customer Success Manager UK (m/f/d)
Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with installers and distribution partners, ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
You will regularly engage with new, existing, and potential customers, providing product and technical guidance while implementing effective customer service strategies. Your goal is to foster customer loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with B2B customers, including installers and distribution partners (meetings, training sessions, brand promotion, exhibitions)
- Coordinate with the technical team to support initial customer onboarding and kickoff meetings
- Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices
- Provide high-level technical and product support
- Analyze and optimize processes to continuously improve the customer experience with our software
- Identify new sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the GW Sales Manager
- Organize training programs for existing and prospective customers
- Handle customer complaints and proactively improve satisfaction and experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams
- Work closely with the local GW Sales Manager, organizing meetings, weekly visits, and calls with distributors, resellers, and EPC partners
Your Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in the energy, construction, or technical sectors
- Technical background (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or certified electrician qualification)
- Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or utility industries is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer service and retention best practices
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
