Role & Responsibilities
- Lead RIBA Stages 4 and 5 project delivery
- Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Manage detailing across multiple project types
- Support remediation and compliance submissions
- Assist with planning stage input
- Respond to contractor queries on site
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Architect with UK project experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit knowledge beneficial
- Experience in RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience in residential or commercial sectors
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Understanding of remediation or compliance processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Salary & Benefits
