About the Role

We are expanding our development department and seeking a full-time Shopify developer to join our team. As a fast-growing agency with an ever-expanding client base, you'll be expected to pave the future of development practices, shaping and adapting delivery in line with new Shopify plans and modern development practices. Numerous learning opportunities await within our team.

We are primarily looking for a mid-weight developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to translate their requirements into an actionable scope of work.
• Work confidently with our design department to assess the feasibility and scope of work needed to bring designs to life within the client's site.
• Demonstrate strong initiative by taking pragmatic action to resolve blockages before escalation.
• Proactively update the status of ongoing tasks and timelines.
• Provide support to junior team members, manage escalations, and help the wider team remain accountable to delivery dates.

Ideal Experience:

• Shopify APIs (Cart, Section Rendering, Storefront & Admin API)
• Tailwind (or familiarity with CSS frameworks)
• HTML (with best practices and accessibility in mind)
• Webpack / Vite
• REST/GraphQL APIs
• Shopify CLI
• Git
• Shopify Functions
• Checkout Extensibility
