Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a secure CI/CD pipeline, ensuring the integration of automated security checks at every stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure using IaC principles, adhering strictly to security best practices and architectural standards.
  • Automate security scanning and monitoring across cloud and blockchain infrastructure to detect and mitigate threats in real time.
  • Implement and manage advanced security controls for high-throughput containerized environments.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive security dashboards and metrics to track and report on the organization’s overall security posture.
  • Partner with development teams to remediate security findings and continuously improve code-level security standards.
  • Design and implement sophisticated secrets management and cryptographic key management solutions.
  • Establish and enforce secure configuration baselines across the entirety of the cloud infrastructure.

Interview Process

  • Recruiter / HR Call: Initial screening to discuss background and cultural alignment.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (Technical): A “CoderPad” style interview. Candidates must be prepared for a live coding exercise focusing on backend and systems logic.
  • Founder / CEO Interview: A final discussion regarding strategic vision, mission alignment, and role expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or DevSecOps Engineering roles within high-growth technology environments.
  • Proficient in backend engineering with hands‑on coding skills in Golang, Rust, or C++ (or equivalent low-level systems languages).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deep expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and proficiency with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with modern security scanning tools and the technical ability to integrate them seamlessly into automated workflows.
  • A thorough understanding of network security concepts and their practical implementation in distributed systems.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, node operation, or blockchain-specific security challenges.
  • A passion for building secure, scalable infrastructure for decentralized applications and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
