I'm working with a bespoke air conditioning contractor known for looking after their staff, providing strong training, and giving Engineers genuine progression opportunities. They're now looking for an Air Conditioning Improver to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be supporting with service, maintenance and breakdowns across a range of commercial sites, learning from experienced Engineers and building your skillset daily.

• Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems
• Working on VRV and VRF systems
• Opportunity to gain exposure and training on water chillers if desired
• Covering commercial sites across the region
• Mobile role with company van provided
• Participating in a callout rota of 1 in 5, with a £200 standby payment
• Plenty of overtime available

What You'll Need

• Previous experience within air conditioning
• Level 2 F‑Gas qualification – essential
• Eagerness to learn and progress technically
• Good attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Full UK driving licence

The successful Air Conditioning Improver will be on £30,000 + van + callout + overtime + package, with overtime paid at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and 2x Sundays, alongside strong training and progression opportunities.
