• Serve as design lead on projects ranging from £10m to £150m and oversee overall design quality of the team.
• Present to clients and refine requirements to suit their aspirations.

Qualifications

• Competent design skills and comfortable with team management.
• Tender experience and ability to administer contracts.
• REVIT literacy is essential.
