The Role
As a Residential Building Surveyor, you will:
- Undertake Level 2 (Homebuyer) and bespoke Level 3 (Building) surveys across a tailored local patch
- Inspect a diverse portfolio of character, period and high-value residential properties
- Deliver detailed, client-focused reports with clear, actionable advice
- Build trusted relationships with private clients purchasing some of the UK’s most desirable homes
- This is a home-based role, giving you the flexibility to manage your own diary and work in a way that suits your lifestyle.
