Agentic AI Analyst Prompter, Chilterns Valley Corridor / Home Counties, UK, c£30-£40k DOE + bonus / equity scheme

Over the past 2 years they have created a proprietary AI agentic platform to deliver significant cost savings and benefits to their ever‑expanding global client base. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Business Analysis – Working with clients on video calls and messaging platforms to understand business needs and challenges. Gathering, documenting, and analysing requirements. Mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Understanding and documenting client data requirements and validation rules. Supporting the design of solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• AI & Prompt Development – Designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI tools. Analysing and testing AI‑generated outputs for accuracy and usefulness. Developing repeatable workflows using AI tools. Supporting the roll‑out of AI into client businesses.

• Data & Insight – Collecting and analysing data to support decision‑making. Producing reports, summaries, and insights. Assisting in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Documentation & Communication – Creating clear documentation (requirements, process flows, data models, workflows, reports). Presenting findings and recommendations to internal teams. Maintaining records of processes and solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong desire to help improve client businesses and outcomes.
• Strong interest in AI and technology.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic digital skills and a demonstrable willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Flexibility in working patterns to support a global client base.

We have an annual salary of between c£30k to £40k (dependent upon experience) and a 40‑hour week, 100% in the office in the Chilterns / Home Counties.
