About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting skills with ability to work from first principles
- Around 3 years post‑qualification experience
- Confident preparing and reviewing detailed financial statements and management accounts
- Experienced in supervising, coaching, and developing junior team members
- Skilled across multiple accounting processes, reconciliations, and reporting
- Highly professional, adaptable, and effective in a hybrid working environment
- Solid working knowledge of local and international accounting standards (UK GAAP/US GAAP/IFRS)
About Your Role
Always
- Lead preparation and review of management accounts and detailed financial statements across multiple portfolios
- Provide meaningful insight and variance analysis to guide decision‑making
- Ensure accounting compliance, financial controls, and reporting standards are consistently applied
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, acting as a senior presence across assignments
Often
- Oversee day‑to‑day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and client‑focused accounting tasks
- Participate in temporary assignments or secondments as required
- Contribute to process improvement, technology adoption, and risk management initiatives
- Maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed

- Assist with special projects, operational initiatives, or system rollouts
- Advise on proposals, accounting compliance, or workflow enhancements
- Support team development and resourcing decisions
