Up to £36,000.91 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

37.5 hours per week

Nuffield Health provides a broad range of medical services at Haywards Heath Hospital, operating three theatres and a comprehensive outpatient facility. The hospital offers a modern, patient‑centred environment with a dedicated team of clinicians.

As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will:

• Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator, and a team worker.
• Join a close‑knit team headed by our matron on a consultant‑led ward.
• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs.
• Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around.
• Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.

Qualifications

You are a registered nurse with the appropriate governing body, including NMC, and possess post‑registration experience. You are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care, and you bring the necessary qualifications and experience relevant to your registration.
