We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Cowley. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business within a fast‑paced environment.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, supporting local businesses with their staffing requirements while sourcing and placing quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
- Interviewing and registering candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Managing bookings and maintaining strong communication with clients and workers
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets
