Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are working in partnership with a progressive and well‑established children's residential provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their home in Great Harwood. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a settled, established service within a supportive organisation where all homes are rated Good or above by Ofsted. The home supports young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and learning disabilities, offering a varied and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the home.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each young person's needs.
- Oversee care planning, reviews, and outcomes for young people.
- Allocate and support Key Workers to deliver effective care plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, local authorities, and external professionals.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure team competency.
- Lead recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff development.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and support to the staff team.
