We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join Computer Futures, SThree’s specialist technology recruitment brand, in our London office. This role focuses on the Data & AI market, one of the fastest‑growing and most in‑demand areas of technology.

You’ll be London-based, working four days per week from our London office, collaborating with high‑performing teams while building your own specialist desk.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing a contract desk within the Data & AI market
- Developing new and existing client relationships in the London and wider UK market
- Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to clients
- Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle:
- Business development and market mapping
- Candidate sourcing and engagement
- Contract negotiation, onboarding and compliance
- Growing a strong network of contractors and clients within your niche
- Providing ongoing contractor care and account management
