Cowshed is entering a defining new chapter. Following its acquisition by Matrix, the brand is relaunching in 2026 with a sharper, more premium identity across product, packaging, and brand world.
We are helping them in hiring a Social Media & Influencer Manager to build and own how Cowshed shows up across social and creator channels at this pivotal moment.
This role sits within Brand and leads the strategy and execution of their social and influencer function, from creator relationships and content, to community and cultural relevance. You will partner with DTC to amplify strong brand-led work through paid, but the centre of gravity is brand, taste, and content.
You will define and build Cowshed’s social and influencer presence from the ground up.
That means:
This is a hands‑on role, particularly early on, but not purely executional. You should be as comfortable shaping direction as you are creating yourself, and able to scale output through collaborators over time.
Cowshed shows up on social with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
You’ve built a strong creator network, elevated the quality of content, and created a social presence that feels culturally relevant while unmistakably premium - fueling both brand equity and commercial growth.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
Logistics: Tottenham Court Road office – 2 days a week on site
