Our Creative Services team plays a vital role in bringing that brand to life, and we’re looking for a Creative Studio Manager to help keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. This role sits at the heart of our in‑house creative studio. As Creative Studio Manager, you’ll bring structure, pace and clarity to how creative work moves from brief to delivery. You’ll make sure work is well planned, properly resourced and delivered on time – enabling designers, copywriters and motion specialists to focus on producing great creative. You’ll work closely with Account Management, Creative and Planning colleagues to balance demand, manage studio capacity and keep everyone aligned on priorities. You’ll also champion great ways of working – from workflow tools and delivery processes to tidy, consistent file management. If you enjoy problem‑solving, love making things run smoothly and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced creative environment, this role could be for you.
Experience in an in‑house studio, agency or regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential.
