Job Title: Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer

Now we’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who can translate that energy into bold, dynamic visual storytelling.
The Role
As our Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact motion content across global campaigns, product launches, all shared across our digital & Marketing channels. You’ll turn technology, performance, and athlete stories into scroll-stopping motion edits.
What You’ll Do
- Concept and craft premium motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and high-performance branded edits for global sports campaigns
- Lead projects from storyboard and mood board development through production, post-production, and final edit
- Translate technical product features & stories into visually compelling, easy-to-understand narratives
- Create adaptable motion toolkits and templates for team members and freelancers
- Attend and oversee photo and video shoots, helping steer creative direction to ensure motion-first thinking
- Collaborate closely with photographers, filmmakers, athletes, and external agencies on set
- Work seamlessly with brand, marketing, digital, social, product, and design teams
- Develop content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, paid & organic social media)
- Define pacing, transitions, typography, colour grading, and sound design direction
- Push our visual language forward with fresh techniques, emerging technologies, and innovative ideas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and help elevate overall creative standards within the motion team
- Present concepts and final work clearly and confidently to stakeholders
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional motion design experience (agency or in-house)
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling, dynamic animation, and polished branded edits
- Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, pacing, colour grading, sound design, and visual rhythm
- Experience creating content across multiple aspect ratios and formats
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to move seamlessly between conceptual thinking and hands-on execution
- Keen eye for detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
- Experience working with global brands or within sports, lifestyle, or performance-driven industries
- Clear communication skills and confidence defending creative decisions
