The Role
- Lead and support the delivery of mechanical design from concept through to completion
- Work on a range of healthcare, education, and public-sector projects
- Coordinate with electrical teams to deliver fully integrated building services solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients, including NHS trusts and local authorities
- Mentor junior and apprentice engineers
- Contribute to project success — with bonus opportunities linked to performance
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
- Around 3+ years’ experience in building services
- Experience (or ambition) to lead M&E project delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing xlqdzyr skills
- Good understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (full support provided)
