Product Development Coordinator

The Advocate Group are exclusively supporting an exciting challenger food brand with incredible potential! With a significant amount of its growth coming from NPD, the NPD Coordinator will be in the thick of it and play a key role in its success

The NPD Coordinator will play a key support role in the end-to-end development of new food products coming to market – if you’re up for the challenge this role will offer real ownership and a huge amount of visibility across the business.

The Role

• Support in managing the full NPD lifecycle from concept to launch
• Build and manage a commercially focused innovation pipeline
• Work cross-functionally across technical, supply chain, sales & marketing
• Manage suppliers and manufacturing partners to deliver against cost and feasibility targets
• Conduct product benchmarking, testing, and optimisation
• Own costings, margins, and packaging development
• Track performance post-launch and drive improvements

About You

• Degree in Food Science or related field
• NPD experience within FMCG / food manufacturing
• Proven track record of delivering retail-ready products
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
• Confident working cross-functionally and externally with partner
