London’s Air Ambulance Charity provides a world-class HEMS service to London. Operating EC135 T3H aircraft, we deliver pre-hospital care to those who need it most, operating until sunset every day over one of the world’s largest, most diverse and complex cities from the helipad at The Royal London Hospital.

This is a rare opportunity to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team as the Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM). The role ensures the continuing airworthiness of our two EC135 T3H aircraft, meeting the company’s obligations.

About The Role

The CAM reports directly to the AM and is responsible for the continued airworthiness of the helicopter fleet as defined in the Approved Maintenance Programme. The role ensures all maintenance and airworthiness activity complies with applicable regulations and the requirements of the company’s Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition. The role is part‑time, equivalent to around two days a week, and is a hybrid-working position conducted from home, the Royal London Hospital helipad, and RAF Northolt where the aircraft are housed overnight. The successful candidate will be required to travel to visit maintenance providers, training sites, and the CAA offices as needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an active interest in the overall activities of the London Air Ambulance Charity and reflect our values in all interactions with stakeholders.
