Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Position Overview

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of material handling equipment who are seeking an experienced CNC Production Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC mills & lathes as well as converting CAD drawings to CAM files ready for production.

Responsibilities

• Convert CAD drawings to CAM files for production
• Set up and run CNC mills & lathes for small batch production
• Perform quality checks on parts
• Organise the supply of materials for production
• Organise tools and tooling supplies
• Assist with build and assembly processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with CNC machining (both milling and turning)
• Experience creating CAD/CAM files
• Good organisational skills and willingness to work as part of a small team
• Based in a commutable distance of Tamworth

Remuneration and Working Hours

Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. Full-time, permanent position. Company pension and holiday allowance included.
