Maintenance Engineer – In House, Enfield £42k
Mon-Fri (8-5)
The scope of services to be provided by the engineering Technician includes, but is not limited to:
- Responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative tasks
- Responsible for supporting reactive maintenance tasks allocated via the CAFM system
- Attend to engineering faults and failures to set priority response and fix times, ensuring safe working environments and maintaining business operations with minimal downtime.
- Undertake routine maintenance tasks across critical, essential, and non-essential building systems and assets, including HVAC, electrical, public health, fire, and all other building engineering systems.
- Across office and engineering environments, undertake measurements and surveys as directed.
- maintenance, reactive, and emergency call-out tasks.
- Complete all allocated annual training and performance objectives.
- Contribute to encouraging and embedding a strong team-working and continuous improvement environment.
Requirements
- Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 (or transferable) within a relevant engineering subject.
