Position Overview
We are seeking a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to support a large European manufacturing company. The role is located near Worcester and requires working a continental shift (4 on / 4 off).

Key Duties
- Day and night maintenance on a 4 on / 4 off schedule
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensure plant and equipment run smoothly
- Update maintenance logs
- Contribute to efficiency and reliability
- Fabrication and welding
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Discipline
- Experience in manufacturing or factory environments
- Welding and fabrication experience (desirable)
- Bearing fitting and alignment skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
Location & Commuting
Commutable from Kidderminster, Dudley, Brierly Hill, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Droitwich, Redditch, Stourport, Stourbridge, and surrounding areas.
