Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Mechanical Project Manager based in The North East. The role involves managing building services projects from planning to completion. Key responsibilities include overseeing mechanical systems, procurement processes, project budgeting, and ensuring all work aligns with the highest quality standards and safety protocols. The Mechanical Project Manager will collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and optimal client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Building Services Engineering
• Experience managing Mechanical Services Installations on Commercial Projects
• Skills in Procurement and effective resource management
• Proven ability to handle Budgeting and financial oversight
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in health and safety compliance and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field (preferred)
