We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join our Education & Enablement team in Manchester. You will play a key role in translating complex product functionality and workflows into clear, accurate, and accessible documentation for both customers and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring that our Help Center, release communications, and knowledge resources are easy to understand, up-to-date, and aligned with how our products evolve.

We're looking for a Junior Technical Writer with 0–2 years of professional experience in technical writing or product documentation, or equivalent experience developing content for software products. This level of experience is important because the role requires the ability to quickly learn new systems, understand technical concepts, and produce clear, structured documentation with guidance from cross‑functional partners.
