We are recruiting an experienced Project Engineer for a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing organization. The role involves the development of the manufacturing facility; clean‑room experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of engineering projects such as equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements.
  • Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and related documentation.
  • Troubleshoot new equipment and communicate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure timelines are met and budgets adhered to.
  • Identify and implement process and equipment improvements.
  • Support qualification of new facilities such as clean rooms.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working to pharmaceutical cGMP standards.
  • Experience leading pharmaceutical projects up to £5 million.
  • Educated to a degree level in Engineering.
