Senior Electrical Design Engineer

This is a hands‑on Senior Electrical Design Engineer role working on community‑scale Solar BESS projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

What you’ll do:

• Design and review drawings and site layouts for solar and BESS projects
• Support QA/QC and coordinate closely with PMs, developers, and field teams
• Use tools like AutoCAD, PVcase, and PVsyst to optimize system performance

You’ll bring:

• StrongNEC background
• An engineering degree and experience with solar PV design (ground mount)
• Great technical and people skills
• A passion for sustainability and creative problem‑solving

Package:

$100K – $130K 10% bonus, strong PTO, and long‑term retention incentives.

Location:

Remote role but based ideally from Wisconsin or midwest.
