As a Sales Membership Consultant you, together with your team, are responsible for meeting the monthly membership goals for sales and growth, with a focus on data and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for members, elevating their experience at every touchpoint and addressing inquiries while upholding meticulous standards of administration and support.
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, from front of house duties to providing new member visits.
• Take ownership of membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth each month.
• Ensure that all activity targets are met to achieve the desired net growth.
• Tailor membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships to prospects within the immediate locality of the club.
• Provide advice on all activities related to exercise experience and products offered by Virgin Active.
• Support the smooth operation of the club and consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all.
• Take on the responsibilities of the duty shift as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the needs of the business, leading by example in all aspects of club management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer‑centric, target‑driven role (desirable but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal skills that make you approachable to members, prospects, and colleagues alike.
• Good communication skills.
