About the Role

We are looking to recruit a talented Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team.

Working with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner‑managed businesses to expanding corporates, you will work on a variety of interesting and challenging tax advisory projects.

An important part of this role will be focused around developing junior team members into becoming accomplished tax advisors, and supporting our business development activities as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Structuring and implementing approved and unapproved share schemes;
  • Advising businesses on equity tax issues on acquisitions or sales of businesses, including signing off share reward tax due diligence reports;
  • Developing and coaching our trainees;
  • Contributing to business development activities in the local marketplace and across the firm.

About You

  • Appropriately qualified with experience of working within an equity incentives tax environment.
  • Experience in advising on transactions is desirable.
  • An excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with their clients.
  • A great Growth Coach who enjoys developing and coaching their teams.
  • Keen to contribute towards the overall success and growth of Bishop Fleming.
