Job Description:

Sitting within the Data & Insight team, you will help design, implement and maintain a scalable, well-governed data environment, supporting the transition to a unified data platform (Microsoft Fabric) and enabling more efficient, reliable use of data across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee core data pipelines and models, working across multiple sources including CRM, ticketing, people counters and digital analytics. Ensure robust data integration, transformation and documentation, and improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.
  • Shape a sustainable architecture that reduces complexity and supports evolving analytical needs, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and forecasting models on top of this infrastructure, translating well-structured data into clear insight for stakeholders. Ensure reporting outputs are underpinned by strong data foundations, enabling accurate performance tracking across audiences, digital engagement and commercial activity.

Qualifications

  • Experience working across both data engineering and analytics, including cloud-based platforms and BI tools.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to translate requirements into solutions and explain outputs clearly.
  • Structured, problem‑solving approach, strong attention to detail, interest in applying skills within a cultural organisation.
