Project Manager - Nature Recovery
Senior role for a commercially aware project professional with experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
Location
Gloucestershire (near Bourton-on-the-Water). The role is office‑based; candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of nature recovery and land management projects, including Higher Tier Stewardship applications.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strong environmental and commercial outcomes.
- Support and line‑manage junior team members as the team grows.
Qualifications
- Experience in project and land management.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Genuine interest in the rural sector, particularly working with farmers and landowners.
- Commercial awareness and ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A project management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
