Position
Pupil Access Business Support Officer Grade 5 – a permanent post working 5 days per week in the East Pupil Access team based at Lancashire House, Enterprise Way, Accrington, BB5 0FL.
Role Summary
Provide outstanding support to operational staff, managers, internal and external partners and members of the public.
What we are looking for
- Passion – passionate about delivering an outstanding service and motivated by getting it right the first time, seeking help when needed and building on skills.
- Knowledge and Experience – ideally experienced working within an administration setting and knowledgeable of Microsoft packages and database usage.
- Great Communication – engaging with and providing advice to managers, families and the public, clearly communicating information and listening to individual requirements.
